Who we are
We are business owners who have gone from working in our business to working on our business. This transition is one of the keys to operating a successful business. This transition is different for every owner. It is not something you just do one day, it takes planning and implementation to have your systems in place.
Background
After being part of or owning two separate businesses that grew from a few employees to over 30 team members, we have made many mistakes along the way. The last 20 years has been about developing systems to help track, forecast, and analyze the numbers each and every month. We have simplified the systems to help nearly any business operate from these systems. This is not a get rich quick plan, it is simply systems to help you run your business more efficiently to make more money and live a better lifestyle with less stress.
